Flexibility is key! We will meet your new tenant at the property and conduct a thorough walk through of the property, providing advice on the location of important items including thermostatic controls and water stop cock.
We generally advise that your property should be inspected every 3 months during a tenancy. A report is produced and provided, with our professional opinion on the living conditions, comparable with the inventory.
A thorough check out inspection of the property once the tenants have vacated, taking into consideration the condition upon check in and periodic inspections undertaken.
Generally if you have a licenced property through your local council, a fire risk assessment is required prior to each new tenancy commencing. Our risk assessments use a council approved template to ensure that the assessment is satisfied.
